Meet Amelia
My yoga journey began as a way to reconnect with my body after a car accident left me experiencing chronic pain and feeling disconnected from myself. Through yoga, I slowly rebuilt trust in my body, learned to listen to my nervous system, and discovered that healing doesn't always come from pushing harder—it often comes from slowing down, tuning in, and meeting ourselves with compassion.
Today, I'm honored to share that experience with others as a yoga teacher. I teach Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa, and Hatha-inspired classes that support students in cultivating strength, mobility, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for everybody and every body. You don't need to be flexible, athletic, or experienced to belong in a yoga space.
My classes are warm, welcoming, and accessible. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, stress, injury recovery, or simply looking to deepen your connection with yourself, I strive to create an environment where you feel supported, empowered, and at ease. I love helping students rediscover what it feels like to move with confidence, release long-held tension, and build a more trusting relationship with their bodies.
Yoga has taught me that our bodies are incredibly resilient, and that healing can happen in many different ways. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more present, and more at home within yourself—both on and off the mat.
I can't wait to practice with you.
